DS-7716NI-K4 - V4 Firmware

Hi there,

I have just checked to see if there is any new firmware for my DS-7716NI-K4 / 16P and noticed that the V4 firmware version is no longer available on the UK download site.

Is there any reason that the V4 version is missing and should I downgrade to the latest version in there (V3.4.108 build 200102)?

It was removed January 21st. Discussed in this post Hikvision Officially Release V4 Firmware for their K-Series NVRs - V4.21.005 from the bottom of page 2 onwards

Just install the version 3 firmware as per the usual upgrade procedure. The NVR will reset to factory defaults so best to do it at a time where you have everything ready to set up the NVR again
