I have the DS-KD8003-IME1(B) intercom on the latest fw (v2.2.78 build 241012) from the Hikvision site.
The intercom is connected to 3 indoor stations which all work fine when the intercom rings.

The issue I have is that the intercom is showing offline in the Hikvision app and when its pressed, it does not display/ring on my phone. The indoor stations all ring fine.

The doorbell is showing an IP address on my router which is confirmed by the SADP app and showing as active in the apps.
I have logged into the intercom with no issues using both a web browser and IVMS but I cannot locate the 'enable platform' functionality, its not under network -> advanced settings.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can try to get the intercom online please?
 
this is not latest firmware. Latest is 3.7.1 with new UI

New one have platform access, But you cannot add it to normal HikConnect, blocked on their side(worked for 6 months-LAME)

But you can add it to HikConnect Teams mode to change pins and stuff
