Hi,
Recently we purchased a kit containg base station (DS-KAD706), screen (DS-KH6320), DS-KD8003-IME2 doorbell, and some RFID-readers, keypads. After connecting just screen and doorbell to the base station, I activated doorbell via screen and everything is working. However, now I would like to set everything up via IVMS, but I can not add the doorbell because the password is being asked. As far as I was able to look for, there is no reset button on the doorbell, and "reset to factory defaults" done via screen does not help. I would aprecciate any advice.
 
Addition. I received a password reset xml file. The device returned Failed to change password. Will try once more tomorrow as the first response came >3 days after file generation.
