Door Entry DS-KD8003 PoE Turns Off?

I have a DS-KD8003 PoE, and apparently everything is working fine on the inside display and camera.
But when I press the button for the electric lock, the gate opens but the external device turns off, and restarts.

What could it be?

You are using power output for the lock, and your lock is eating too much current. Either buy lock that is marked as low current dc lock, or add external power supply 12V2A to the system
