Hi to all, i have problem with indoor station DS-KH6320-WTE1/EU firmware version v2.1.34 build 211118
I have external station connected DS-KD8003-IME1 with last firmware version. All work fine on intercom position, but on hik connect app i have problem with video stream.
I can open gate without problem but not have video stream. External station DS-KD8003-IME1 it's connected to xvr too and i can see normally on hik connect app if select xvr. Problem present only if open intercom on hik connect app. Any idea? It's possible problem is substream h265 video codec? need select h264?
