Door Entry DS-KV6113 intercom/doorbell issues

Hi, I have a DS-KV6113 intercom/doorbell installed, and have had issues where the devices dropped off the network and needed to be power cycled.

I've done a factory reset, and upgraded to the latest firmware, (V2.2.11 build 201126) however, i've got a couple of issues:

1) Picture quality is not the best, despite me trying many settings. Can anyone who has one of these devices share their video and image settings?

2) Since the firmware the green unlock light is on constantly (despite me not using the unlock or card reader functionality. Ive tried a reboot and a reset, but it remains on

Also, has anyone worked out how to silence the busy tone, as despite the audio settings its seems quite loud

I am not. First I had the green light on the outdoor unit (standalone), then I restored the old firmware and since then bootloop. Packed, return to the store, ordered VTO2211G-WP, maybe more luck.

Is there any information anywhere about the height of the metal (bracket) on which the bell is mounted? I have an existing box of old intercom, I'm wondering if it's smaller or bigger than the mounting plate.

@plattdh thanks for finding the time to write back. Shame you didn’t get it resolved, I wasn’t aware of the intercom you’ve purchased existing until I googled it, nice looking piece of equipment.
