Door Entry DS-KV6113-WPE - doorstation - connecting to NVR causes reboot loop?

Hi all,

This issue is driving me nuts!
Door station is all working fine, can find it on SADP, can log in via web browser, as soon as i put the IP details for it in to my NVR it causes a constant reboot loop.
I have read that this is usually an IP conflict that the NVR is detecting which is usually because 2 devices are using the same IP. Thats not the case here.

I have seen this mentioned a few times online but cant find an answer, has anyone solved this problem?????

What firmware version is you doorstation currently running?

Hi Dan,

Firmware is the latest version - 2.2.53

I think I may drop back and see if that helps.
