DS-KV8102-IM card reading problem

Hi,i'm Matteo and i'm new to the forum.
I installed the DS-KV8102-IM and it works well except the card reader.
In the package I found a white card and following the guides I tried to have it read to the DS-KV8102-IM but I failed.
I tried to manually enter the card number but when I go to send from the iVMS4200 the rights of the card the program tells me that it failed.
The DS-KV8102-IM firmware is 1.5.0 build 181101
Do you have any solution?

I'm sorry, we have very little experience with Hikvision's first series of door entry products - it would be best to contact Hikvision Tech Support directly.
