Hi @Muzo

Have you been able to access the recorders on the network previously and they have just gone offline or is this the first time you've tried to access them over the local network?

Hi @Muzo

I was able to access them on a network previously and they have just gone offline. I have also tried a different VMS but the problem still persists.

I encountered this when i tried to upgrade firmware.

Thanks @Muzo

Has anything changed with your local network since you were last able to access the DVRs?
Have you changed your router and/or ISP (Internet Service Provider)?
In the 'Online Devices' section at the bottom of the device management menu shown in your screenshot, are DVRs listed with the same IP addresses as the ones added to the device list?

Thanks for the response @Dan.

Nothing has charged with the local area Network, same ISP and i restarted the router about 4 times but still getting the same errors.

Yes the IP addresses that are added are showing the exact IP address as those on bottom. Data transmission is there as I'm able to ping.

Thanks @Muzo

Have you tried putting the IP addresses of these DVRs into a browser? Can you log in to them with a browser?

Hey @Dan,

Yes i have and unable to login via web browser as well as the HIK connect mobile App.

Okay,

It might be worth opening the Hikvision SADP Tool, selecting one of the DVRs, clicking enable DHCP, and click Save to see if the DVR will assign a different IP address because with all 3 offline and you having reset your router, the network could have changed.

Thank you for your assistance @Dan,

I have left the site, i will definitely get in touch once i run the Hikvision SADP TOOL.

Hi @Dan I'm currently on site, I enabled DHCP on the SADP tool , the DVRs are now showing online but I'm unable to view the cameras remotely from 2 DVRs or via browser but i can see them once i connect them directly to the monitor. Please help

I have troubleshooted by resetting the DVRs, restarting the router but i still can't view them on IVMS..

Hi @Muzo

What exactly do you mean by "unable to view the cameras remotely"? Where are you trying to view the cameras from?
You say 2 of the 3 DVRs are not working, which are the 2 DVRs that are not showing the cameras?
