Door Entry Echec connexion du kit DS-kis703-p entre le moniteur et la station porte. DS-KH6320-WTPE2 et DS-KV8103-IMPE2

Matériel neuf: Station porte (24v ok) l’appui sur l’appel donne le message: l’appel à échoué.
Le moniteur dit défaut cx porte.
Sadp tool et la box reconnaissent mon équipement (le moniteur mais pas la station porte) .mais la mise à jour via le wifi ne se lance pas .

pouvez vous m’aider à cerner le problème.

If you go to indoor unit i select Live view can you see image from outdoor unit?
Or if you go into setting and try selecting outdoor unit for your indoor unit do you see it?

Does your power supply from the distributor have a potentiometer to raise the power supply to 29V?
