Export GUID

HI All
does any one know how to export GUID file after activating NVR
if i try to do it from web browser it asks for security answers to questions
then asks to input a file name
it then comes up file not found whatever I enter in the name
I cant find anything under the machine menu

it now works sometimes but other times I get
Invalid URL or HTTP Method at least I managed to export it
