Ezviz c8c pan and tilt camera stops recording?

Hi, I have a ezviz c8c pan and tilt camera, in the last couple of days it has stopped recording, it shows live pictures.
I have formated the memory card even reset the camera, If I turn on All Day mode it works ok.

We have minimal experience with Ezviz products but the combination of the recording issue and that it only works correctly during day mode suggests there might be a fault with the camera.

You can try replacing the MicroSD card just to see if that is at fault, but if it behaves the same way with a new card it probably means a fault with a camera and we would recommend speaking directly to whoever you bought from or Ezviz Support to see if there is anything you can do to resolve the issue (they might be able to guide you to a firmware update).
