Hi all , I have a Ezviz camera that has worked for ages within my Hik Connect app , today the camera is on but I can only live view it over wifi on the Hik app not 4g or 5g , using the Ezviz app I can view it on wifi and 4g or 5g .
I've reset the camera , readded it in the Hik app and Ezviz , still same issue , can anyone help ? Thanks
