EZVIZ H8C not working with HIKVISION DS-7108HGHI-K1?

We can't get EZVIZ H8C working on our existing HIKVISION DS-7108HGHI-K1. We can add H8C cams. But not no video .

Is this normal ? Any compatiblitly issues

Were you able to resolve your issue? I got H8c 2K it added in 7616 nvr easily. However, now I've noticed that while it displays fine in sub-stream, when I enlarge camera to full-screen, it goes blank. It's happening both, on Web View and NVR/TV, but on ezviz app and Ezviz Studio, its showing full-resolution perfectly.
