Face Recognition

got a DS-2CD2385FWD-I running V5.6.1 build 190604

Face Recognition For some reason has never worked, it does not show up on my NVR At all not even in the SD card in the camera it self all boxs are correct just won't show my face in the system at all-_-
don't know why any help?


the NVR is DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P V4.21.000 build 190423

it say's not supported !!!

Update your camera to the latest firmware please V5.62 at bottom of this page/list:
DOWNLOAD EU PORTAL

And the latest for your NVR is here V4.22:
HIKVISION UK PORTAL

Then please check again.

it does not work on this Cam it's just a sale wording
