Hi,

I have x9 DS-2CD1021-I CCTVs running through DS-7616NI-Q1 NVR. How do I run face recognition on my CCTVs?

You are probably mixing face detection with face recognition.
The parts you have cannot recognise people.
i.e. you cannot save a person's details against a facial image.
Your parts may be able to identify that there is a face in the scene and notify you.
They are not parts that we sell nor work with so I'm afraid I cannot help / provide further details
