I have installed this Hikvision facial recognition terminal:
It is part of a multi door access system, all of the door access works.
Ultimately we are using HikCentral for door access, we have our ACUs added and fully functioning, we have our facial recognition terminal added and working as a door access unit.
We have created shifts and schedules within HikCentral and assigned them to people, but we cannot get any data from the terminal to HikCentral (clocking-in for example).
We have got profiles in there for staff with images, and the unit recognises them when they walk past etc.
During the past few days running a trial, staff have been logging in and out but there is not any data stored to show this anywhere?
It's almost like we are missing one small option box ticked?
Ideally, I want to be able to see a monthly report showing staff hours for payroll.
