Factory reset after reboot

I have this camera hikvision ds-2df7286-a and a problem: when the cam will reboot it will revert to factory settings. I have checked the voltage and is good, I also replaced the cell battery on the electronic board that keeps the settings but with no change. Any fix for this issue?

Are you running the latest firmware for this PTZ - Finding the Latest Hikvision Firmware for your PTZ - updated 8th April 2019

yes I am running the latest software. I made upgrade and downgrade from the original that the cam had. No change.
