Faulty camera?

One of my four cameras connected to Hik-Connect varies from black screen to good. Any ideas whether it’s a camera or computer fault? Other 3 cameras working normally

Can you please confirm the camera models and firmware versions of all the cameras you have?
Is the problem camera the same model as the other working cameras or a different model?

A different model than other 3. Will do at the moment supplier has indicated he will change for a new camera foc. Thanks for reply Dan, we’ll keep ah open verdict on this at the presnt

a little late in replying. Found that the connector going into recorder from camera was faulty. Replacement is good, but took opportunity to renew camera for later model
