Firmware for Blazer Pro/256/16H?

Hi there,

Could someone help me. We are facing restarts on our Blazer Pro.
Every hour or so.
I want to upgrade the firmware to the latest one.
Do you know where I can download the mentioned firmware?
At the moment we have the following:

Hi, I'm afraid I couldn't find anything online.
Blazers are quite rare.
I have asked Hik Tech Support if they can lead me to a download and maybe a 'How To' as well.
If/when they respond I will add here.
