Firmware Hikvision DS-2CD2367G3-LIS2UY/SL PL

Hello,

I am having trouble finding the latest firmware for my DS-2CD2367G3-LIS2UY/SL 2.8mm BLACK PL (Polish version). I contacted the reseller, but they only provided the European link. The firmware update gets stuck at 10% due to a region mismatch, which prevents the update from completing.

The only link that seems to work is this one:

However, it only lists the older firmware version (V5.8.10_241219).

Does anyone have a download link for the most recent firmware for this camera?

Also, is there a way to change the interface language? It is currently locked to Polish.

Hi,
Unfortunately, there's nothing you can do for now. I have the same problem.

The Polish distributor "slept" on the firmware update. I've spoken to them, and they're planning to do something about it. For now, we're just waiting.

Unless someone knows a way to change the region?
