Floureon DVR with HIK cameras

Hi,
I think my HIK DVR is knackered i cannot get hold of the guy that fitted them so cannot return the DVR, its around 12 months old, is it possible to get a Floureon DVR to work with the latest HIK dome cameras or do you have to stick with HIK DVR and camera's

If you can find out where the DVR was purchased from (by either you or the installer), and identify if it was from a Hikvision Authorised Partner, then you should still be able to return the DVR under the 3-year warranty. Hik should be able to trace the unit's serial number and whom it was sold by.

What is the product code Floureon DVR? If its ONVIF compliant then it should work with your Hik cameras, you can use this link to identify if your device is ONVIF compliant
