Hello,
I am using DS-7616NXI-K2/16P NVR with these cameras (DS-2CD2T87G2P-LSU-SL, DS-2SE7C432MWG-EB/26) and this is my 2nd site with same cameras and NVR Model number, i am not facing any problem on my other site with exactly same camera and NVR Model numbers but i am getting Events as FALSE only on this 2nd site, if you want i can give you the remote access of NVR and cameras as well. I have enabled Intrusion Detection and Line Crossing in the cameras and the cameras are showing Object inside as FALSE. in Onvif Device Manager. Kindly solve my problem as early as possible.
Moreover we have attached a 3rd party (CHEKT BRIDGE) with these cameras and i have added these cameras in chekt bridge so that whenever there would be any alarm the camera will trigger the chekt bridge and chekt bridge will send an alarm notification with live camera video to the customer and will ask customer to take action and also the speaker which is attached to chekt bridge will trigger and the customer will get pre recorded notification form the speaker as welll.
I have enabled Flashing light and Audible siren in the cameras as when i come in front of the cameras i can see the flashing light and audible siren coming from the camera but i cant see that event as TRUE in Onvif device manager because the Chekt bridge will only work when we well get the event as TRUE.
