Hi, i just upgraded my nvr to 4.0, in the previous firmware i could have a HDMI and VGA screens show the same feed simultaneous and all actions would be synchronised when going thru the menus, i cant see any option to "enable simultaneous output" in gui 4.0? has that been removed?

Ok, We have never used the Q-Series NVRs but I think if they have now updated to use the same 4.0 GUI as the I-series NVRs then it is likely the case that you only now have the 'AUX monitor' option for viewing on 2 monitors as we are not aware of any settings that will allow you to revert to the duplicated screen option that was used in the 3.0 GUI on the K & Q-series NVRs.

We would recommend the DS-7608NI-I2/8P 8-channel NVR but if you think you may expand the system in the future you would need to look at a larger DS-7616NI-I2/16P 16-channel NVR
