have 3 "HWT B120 M" cameras but only one alows to set line-crossing event

Hi,


I have 3 "HWT B120 M" cameras and a "HWD-5104M" DVR
I can only set line-crossing on one camera, when i try to set on the others two its says it is not suported by the camera.

What could be the problem?
Any help is wellcome.

And, are they all using the same CODEC?
(e.g. h.264/5+ or whatever)

I don't know, how can I find out witch firmware version is installed in eatch camera?
It does not show on camera menu.

Yes it's using the H.264+ CODEC

Are they all using that CODEC?
Sometimes, when you enable advanced CODECs you'll see a warning pop-up that advises that some other features e.g. analytics cannot then be used with the advanced CODEC.

I think the firmware version shows when you select System at the left side.

The camera does not show any firmware, example camera 3
