im posting for a friend who has various ongoing disputes with neighbours. Can anyone tell me what the thing is in this photo which is linked to their new camera. Friend is concerned as she’s now hearing a high pitch squeeling noise and it’s driving her crazy . It’s akso pointed directly at her window.
