Help needed to see if my DVR has support for Dome Fixed Image

Hello
A question about my DVR unit (1) and Dome Cam (4). Can anybody tell me if the DVR unit supports a fixed image feed from this IP dome cam?
All my other analog cams support rstp and still image url. But my dome only is displaying a rstp feed but i get a blank still image feed.
Using identical url feed
Working http://192.168.23.180:81/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/701/picture
Not Working Dome http://192.168.23.180:81/ISAPI/Streaming/channels/901/picture

Is there a way to get it working?
