HELP Setting up NVR 104mh-c/4p(b)

Hi Guys

We’ve just plugged in the NVR 104mh-c/4p(b)

In all the tutorials we’ve seen,we’ve not come across this screen
Pictures attached

It’s the following we can’t get past

IP camera activation password

Any help appreciated

We're not familiar with this model.
Presumably from the image you need to enter a password.
What happens when you do that?

It just say password incorrect..

Have you tried setting the login password and activation password as the same password?

Is the password you are using strong? It should use at least 3 of the following - lowercase, uppercase, numbers, special characters

Hikvision has introduced security measures on their main line of NVRs which won't let you set weak passwords so this may be the same for HiLook NVR.
