Firmware Help with new firmware for DVR iDS-7204HQHI-M1/E ?

Hi,

I am unable to find the latest firmware for the DVR below:

iDS-7204HQHI-M1/E, current: 4.71.400 build 230723

I think K20A7S is the right firmware but when I tried the it, it was stuck on a loop when upgrading, it would load to 65% then go back to 0 until when I randomly rebooted and it showed that it was upgraded to 4.71.400 from 4.71.010

The version 4.71.410 build 230918 from the HikVision Global website doesn’t work because I think it is not the K20A7S version.

Any help is greatly appreciated

Edit: Found it by going to this page (Link) and selecting the (c) version. Why does HikVision need to make firmware updates so horrible
