I have recently had a Hikvision NVR 7600 with x2 4mp fixed turret cameras installed. Multiple issues from the get-go is an understatement! Many hours have been spent troubleshooting. Currently trying to work out how far to reduce the sensitivity levels to avoid motion alerts for every cat, chicken, duck, leaf or fly that enters the detection areas whilst still alerting for humans and vehicles. Any thoughts would be much appreciated before my installer blocks my number and hides out in a boat in the South Atlantic!
