Hello

Hopefully not just me but I’ve installed Hik-Connect 4.24 this morning on my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I only get failed to play message constantly on my NVR, intercom, and standalone camera’s, basically nothing works.

I still got a notification from one of my ANPR’s and tried to watch it where I was prompted for a password and then I had the still feed alarm. To try and fix this I have delete my NVR and re added so I could enter the password again thinking this would resolve it, anyway it didn’t so avoid it as long as you can but makes your app completely stop working.

Hikvision's App portal currently shows V4.23 as the latest available for IOS:
 
As a further update I’ve found it’s when the phone (and now checked my iPad) is on cellular network rather then wifi, when on wifi it all works as it should, if you turn wifi off then it all stops working. Tried it in outer and inner London so not an area issue and also on 4g and 5g with Vodaphone and three and nothing works unless it’s on wifi
