Hi.
I can`t find where is the problem with hik-connect and my DS-KB8112-IM. In hik-connect it always is in offline mode (it also was very difficult to add it to device list - after trying a lot off times). After restarting kb8112-im it goes on online only few seconds and again is in offline mode. If i use a web browser or ivms-4200, my ds-kb8112-im works fine. I can see video, hear the voice over ds-kh8301-WT also.
So, anybody knows why kb8112 is always in offline mode in hik-connect? When someone comes and rings, my mobile hik-connect app doesn`t inform me (it is as always in ofline mode).
