Hik-Connect Hik-connect "Error Code: OSCVG16-010004"?

Any idea why Hik-connect give me this Error when I play back video?

I have the latest update for NVR and cameras

The problem solved,
It was from the last NVR framware update i return back to V4.83.011 build 241205

Had this issue too with NXI-K firmware v4.83.013 build 241227

HikConnect version v6.7.351.0110 Event Playback not loading next event or gives error

"Device decoding timed out. Check the device network connection" If loading ends then pressing refresh loads next event. Otherwise continuous loading for ever... App Log out, clearing cache, clearing Data did not solve problem. App installed from Hikvision App Store on Samsung S21 Android 14...

All versions of Android HikConnect after v6.6.500.1107 gave same error with yours OSCVG16-010004 or "Device decoding timed out. Check the device network connection".
Problem was either solved by going back to HikConnect v6.6.500.1107 or by now going back to NXI-K firmware v4.83.011 build 241205
Latest HikConnect v6.8.3.0208 works fine now
