I've suddenly today got an issue with the hik connect. Please can anyone help

The app loads instantly on my android phone. Suddenly its taken ages to load what would cause this?

No issues with my broadband connection, latest version of the app latest firmware on all cameras and nvr

no issues here, what version have you installed? try maybe clearing cache? or uninstall / reinstall?
latest now is 4.17

I had this exact problem with Hik-Connect yesterday evening. It was taking ages to load notifications, but this morning it's back to normal.

Is yours sorted now?
I presume it was a problem at their end.
