Hi, i have this issue- no event logging or notifications in hik-connect.
At first i npticed that one camera of 5 stopped notifying. Then had some router changes and lan wiring, that coused change of NVR IP. And after this only one camera was notifying events.
Tried to find differences in NVR configuration and settings for each camera in events, smart events, schedules. But all were identical. And only one worked.
Upgradet to latest NVR firmware, hik connect version. None helped. Reseted NVR settings. After that could not see cameras in hik connect, till changed the connection on NVR to hik connect domain.
But now none of cameras notifies about events.
Push notifications are on. Played with schedules, but nothing helped.
I am able to see playback for all cameras for all days, but thats it.
Have no idea what else to check

Check the page for Network Settings of your NVR.
Make sure that the Gateway Address is correct for your new router / IP domain range.

In the Hik-Connect app, check you’ve not accidentally muted notifications.

There’s a bell icon to the right of the image of your DVR/NVR in the My Device screen, if this has a diagonal line through it then it’s muted.
