HIK Connect Offline after Wifi Booster Installed

Hi, I would really appreciate some guidenace trying to fix my CCTV.

Recently I changed my wifi router and the the cameras went off line. I was able to fix that issure via the SADP following someones instructions they posted here but I cant remember how.

A few weeks later we installed a wifi booster and it has caused HIK Connect to go off line again.

I can't seem to fix it this time. I have tried to turn the booster off and rebouting the router but no joy

If I try to change IP address it tells me device is rejected.

Its driving me crazy!

Can you please upload a screenshot of the list of devices that your SADP shows.

Can you please login to your DVR using a browser, access Config and share a screenshot of your Network Settings.
Also Platform Access.

Ah, you'll need to reset your password.
[your user name is VERY likely to remain at the default of admin]

Your supplier should be able to assist you with the password reset.
