Hi all regarding Hik- Connect problems with access.i had my system reinstalled yesterday but I needed an experienced person to assist me. We connected to the recording box main menu and it was discovered that the access password created by te installers had been compromised. We simply by luck discovered the alteration and used it to log in again successfully then we of course changed it for a much more sophisticated password. Now my system on my original phone worked better than ever I am using Hik-Connect app and no other Ivms 4500 or any of the other apps as they are I'm told out of date and not user friendly I hope this helps. The engineer also used the unbind feature when first re installing then everything worked very well. My advice is that anyone still having problems call a trustworthy cctv company to assist you at your home this is not expensive and I go charged 25.00 pounds. Best of luck to you all
