Hik-Connect HIK-CONNECT with DS-2DE3A404IW-DE/W(S6) no Preset Function?

Hi,
i have a Hikvision DS-2DE3A404IW-DE/W(S6). If i connect via web browser or via nvr i can do all functions ( PTZ, Patrol, Preset-functions etc....), so far so good. If i connect via HIK-CONNECT i can use PTZ-Function but there is no Preset funktion if i tap on PTZ Icon, i can only move manually the cam. On the Hik-Connect Help-Page i read:....... Note: The Preset function should be supported by the device, or the Preset tab will not be displayed on the page. My cam supports the preset function but in Hik Connect there is no: Pan and Tilt, Preset, More. I dont know what to do and fix this problem. I would be grateful for any help. Thank you

Hi,
i searched, searched.........and searched and i found out that the pan and Tilt, Presets etc. appear "only" if you rotate the phone. If you hold the phone normally you can only use (see) the PTZ-Control.

I hope i could help some People with the same problem.
