Hi guys.
I have this ptz ds-2se4c425mwg-e-26-f0 camera. I can view the camera in the SADP tool and in the web browser but the cameras don't show any images and videos.
I have tried to upgrade the firmware using the batch configuration tool but all in vain. It failed to show videos on the NVR as well. It also has a boot loop every after 15 minutes.
I have tried using Pale Moon browser 32 bit and IE but the issue of the reboot every 15 minutes is still existing.
Surprisingly I have 3 cameras and it's the only one doing this.
Unfortunately, I can log into the camera and access its settings but it won't display anything. Attached is the image of what I see.
Any other advice, please..

Hi @grayantrax

Is it the NVR or the PTZ that is boot-looping?

Is the PTZ connected to a separate PoE Switch/Injector?

Can you please confirm the model number of the PoE Switch/Injector?

Hello dan
its the PTZ not the NVR.
I have connected to different power sources not only one. I used the POE switch and i also used an Adapter 12VDC 7ah
But still the same issue.

Thanks @grayantrax

Did this issue appear when you first set up the camera or did you have it running for a while before the boot looping started?

You mentioned 3 cameras above, are all 3 cameras exactly the same model?

If they are, did you buy all 3 cameras at the same time and were they all running the same firmware version when the first boot loop happened?

Save this code as Internet_Explorer.vbs

CreateObject("InternetExplorer.Application").Visible=true

Run this script

Install plugin/Allow on web interface opened.

Do you see the video now?

Cheers,

No, the issue didn't appear at first. All 3 cameras were fully functional, but suddenly, this one started the boot loop.
All the cameras are of the same model. but it is only one that is misbehaving.
Yes, they all ran the same firmware version and I bought them at the same time.

Hello, trempa92
I have saved the script as .vbs but I still can't view any video.

Attached is an image of what the camera shows.

Could be an issue because you have set yourself in the subnet of default IP address when there is no DHCP server. Would you please try and assign a normal subnet range?

I have tried assigning it to another address class C 192.168.1.5 255.255.255.0 and also tried DHCP, but it still failed.
I am considering using the TFTP server, but can someone advise before trying it, please?

Is the problem boot-looping camera installed?
e.g. on the end of the intended site cable
Have you tested it with a short factory-made patch lead network cable (not screened)?
