Hik-Connect HikConnect App not showing Thumbnails?

Hi, in the last few days both mine and the wife iphone HikConnect app has stopped showing preview image next to the event.

I have checked and I am running latest firmware in NVR and cameras.

Any other ideas?

Are you still seeing this problem?

Are you using IOS App V6.2.50?

App Store
