You need to change these setting within your camera's configuration.
You may need to enable Virtual Host to access them directly:

Assuming your NVR is connected to your network, and you have a PC on the same network, log into your NVR using Internet Explorer (not Edge).
Just type your NVR's IP address into the address bar, then login (user name is admin by default, password will be as you/your installer have set).
Then, assuming your cameras are directly connected to your NVR, follow the virtual host instructions at post #5.
This will provide you with a new column of links to your cameras from within the Camera Management area of your NVR.
You can then click those links to access each camera in a new browser tab and change its settings as per post #3.
