Hikvision DS-7216HQHI-K2 TurboHD 16-Channel 1080p DVR
Dead board all tests well from the switch - Power port all connected (Multi meter beeps when connecting any of the DIN Pins 1,2,3 And 4).
No Fan spinning and also nothing when disconnecting HDD.
Please tell me if it could be the power port. Or if it might be on the board itself. Thanx in advance.
