HikVision - Audio from DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL

Hi

I recently purchased some DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL cameras and I can't seem to get the audio to work using the Hikconnect app.

I have some DS-2CD2347G2-LU cameras which work fine, go into the camera and the audio works.

One difference I notice on the DS-2CD2347G2-LSU/SL cameras two additional connections, one for audio and one for alarm. Does this mean I have to run an addtional cable to the camera for the audio to work? On the DS-2CD2347G2-LU cameras the audio simply works through the CAT5e cable.

The cameras are plugged into DS-7616NI-I2 / 16P
