Hikvision blurry cameras?

Hi , I have 1 nvr - DS-7608NI-K1/8P, and
6 cam - DS-2CD2H83G0-IZS. 2.8 - 12mm , 8 MP
Connected to 1 tv screen , when all the cameras are displayed on the tv , they look clear , but if i click on one camera and open the camera view large on the tv, the picture is blurry.

Please help.

In multiscreen the NVR requests the lower quality sub stream to display the images. When you double click to open a camera full screen it displays the higher quality main stream. It sounds as though the settings for your cameras main stream is set up incorrectly. Go into the menu on the NVR and find Video Parameters. Post the settings you see on the screen that shows 'Main Stream (normal)' and 'Main Stream (event)'. If the bit rate is too low for the cameras resolution and frame rate the image will look poor.
