I have a slightly odd problem with my Hikvision system. All my cameras on all viewing devices were outputting immediately i.e. all in sync and within 1 second of realtime.
This includes when I view them through a:
1) monitor hardwired to the DVR
2) Windows browser
3) Android phone (Galaxy note 9) via HikConnect
4) Samsung A7 lite tablet via HikConnect - which is the main one that is used
I have just added a further camera which has sound. This works fine on the first three output modes, but on the tablet this produces a lag of between 45 seconds and 2 minutes when in Clear mode. The time of the lag fluctuates. When I go back down to fluent mode (which cuts the sound) on the tablet, the camera steps back into sync with the others.
I have tried disabling all the other cameras on the tablet to see if it is running low on system resources, but this doesn't change anything.
Does anyone have any ideas?
