Hi,
There are 2x DS-9664NI-I8 Hikvision NVRs and around 120 IP cameras in our systems. The network infrastructure is installed on Huawei switches with multicast network configuration. We have problem about multiple clients monitoring IP cameras with IVMS4200 software on their computers.
NVRs and IP cameras run at VLAN100 and Clients IP address at VLAN104, there is no any firewall or software between two VLANs. Issue is clients get black screen when they monitoring cameras. Client1 can view camera but Client2-3-4-5-6-7. etc. can not view them, other ones are see black screen at IVMS4200 software.
How can we solve this issue?
