Hikvision cameras keep going offline?

Hi I have a 8 channel hikvision poe cameras system brand new, all setup and have noticed cameras going offline also noticed hikvision app keeps asking for encryption key yet when i enter it it all works fine until i close the app and reopen it ask for the key again.
