Hikvision ColorVu 2347G2 and FoV

I purchased 3 CCTVs originally spec'd as 1x2.8mm and 2x4mm but the vendor sent me 3x2.8mm by mistake. These are 2347G2 units. The shop can replace 2 units as they are still sealed with the 4mm that I had originally requested.
Can you please take a look at my plan and see if you agree with my proposal? (i.e. 1x2.8mm at the front and 2x4mm at the side and back). I cannot change the location of the cameras sorry. I used the focal length calculator linked in the sticky on this forum, very useful. Ideally 2x6mm at the back would be even better but I cannot do that as the number and location of the cameras is fixed.

Any help from another pair of eyes would be greatly appreciated…I am convinced that the back and side cameras should be 4mm and the front camera should be 2.8mm but I would appreciate any other opinion.

The plan you have looks good to me, you have full coverage, minimal FoV wastage, and minimal FoV overlap.
