Hikvision Darkfighter DS-2DF82231-AEL preset issue

I have a Hikvision Darkfighter DS-2DF82231-AEL on the my house which occasionally gets stuck and I have to manually put it back to the preset position I had the camera fitted by a profesional company I have some knowledge of how to set up camera but it is limited and was wondering if there is an easy fix I can do myself thank you

Step one is always going to be to ensure that you are running the latest available firmware, in case it is a known problem that Hikvision may have resolved in a newer version.
What firmware version is your camera running please?

Hi thanks for replying the firmware is V3.4.92 build 170228 and I can see there is an update message but I may have to contact thr company who fiitted thr cameras to do this as nothing happens when I click I guess I don't have admin permissions

This sometimes happens if you're using an internet browser that Hikvision doesn't like. Have you tried updating on Internet Explorer? (NOT the newer Edge.)
