HIKVISION DS-2CD2041G1-1DW1 will not startup

I have just set up a new DS-2CD2041G1-1DW1 bullet camera 48hrs ago.
I reassigned the local IP address from 192.168.1.64 to a new local IP address, and the only changes made to camera was to disable the IR and Recording lights.
The camera is hard wired to my LAN , viewed by my NVR and the camera added successfully.
The camera functioned well with continuous Video and Audio stream recording for about 36 hours when it stopped abruptly and now just displays a continuous blue light and is offline.
I have tried a hard reset but to no avail. the camera displays the blue light on on power up and cannot be reached online.
Any idea where to start looking?

If you are confident that your power supply to the camera (POE/PSU) is OK, then it's probably best to speak to your supplier about a repair/replacement.
